Medicare Advantage Plans Annual Enrollment Period
Open Enrollment begins. This is the first day you can sign up, renew, or modify your health plan through the Marketplace for the upcoming year. Coverage can commence as early as January 1.
Deadline to enroll in or adjust plans for coverage beginning January 1.
Coverage starts for individuals who signed up or modified plans by December 15 and have paid their first premium.
Open Enrollment concludes. This is the final day to enroll in or change health plans for the year. Beyond this date, you can only enroll in or modify plans if you are eligible for a Special Enrollment Period.
Coverage begins for those who enroll or change plans between December 16 and January 15, upon payment of their first premium.
If you are not covered by your employer, you may qualify for coverage right now.
